Returns & Exchange
Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery if you received an incorrect item, a manufacturing defect, or a piece damaged in transit. Please contact us within this window to begin a return.
Conditions
The item must be unused and in its original sealed presentation box with the QR tag intact. Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless defective.
How to start
Email hello@chandimahal.com with your order number and a photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the process.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-7 working days of us receiving the returned piece.
